At Tribe Fibre, we do things differently. We provide broadband at wholesale prices, with no markup on your connection. You only pay for the extras you want — and we’re radically transparent about every penny.
FTTP Broadband Pricing
Your plan pricing depends on your location and which network provider (CityFibre or Openreach) serves your area. These network providers allow us to serve over 18,000,000 UK homes.

TribeNet™ is how we make money on our wholesale broadband pricing – this is our powerful WiFi and network optimisation package which is designed to perfectly compliment your FTTP connection. For this we charge an additional £4.99/month.

- ** Chargeable where you arrange for an engineer visit to fix a fault where there was no fault or the fault was not with our equipment.
*** We reserve the right to charge for a missed or unsuccessful installation due to:
- No one with relevant authority being at the property at the agreed appointment timeslot.
- The installation is no longer required and has not been confirmed as cancelled.
- Where an appointment is rearranged with less than 3 days’ notice and has already been allocated to an installation engineer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Within the Minimum Period of Your Contract
When you sign up for a Tribe service, you agree to a 24-month minimum contract term.
You have 14 days from the point of placing your order to cancel without any additional fees.
If you cancel within this period, we will refund any charges you have paid to date.
If you cancel after 14 days but before the end of your minimum term, you must pay an early termination charge equivalent to the remainder of your contract and return the router to the address provided.
The charge varies depending on your plan and the number of months remaining.

Cancelling After Your Minimum Term
To cancel after your 24-month minimum term, you must give 30 days’ written notice by email or via the Help section of our website.
Cancelling After the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period but Before Installation
If you cancel after the 14-day period but before installation, the following charges apply:

Early Installation Cancellation Notice (Waiving Your Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it.
However, if you request early installation or choose to activate your service during this 14-day period, you waive this right. You are presented with this option during checkout.
By selecting early installation, you acknowledge that:
- Your service or installation will begin on the date selected by you.
- You will lose your right to cancel without charge once the installation appointment or service start date has been confirmed.
- If you cancel after installation, you may be liable for any costs associated with the installation, setup, equipment, and service provided.
Any equipment dispatched must be returned to us at your own cost. A £15 return and re-stocking fee will apply. Full return instructions will be provided upon cancellation.
Cancellations After 14 Days (No Early Installation)

You are presented with this option during checkout.If you cancel your service after the 14-day period and haven’t selected early installation, you must give us 30 days’ written notice, with receipt confirmed by us.
Early termination fees still apply for the remaining months in your contract term.
Returning Equipment
If you cancel, you must return all equipment using the steps below:
- Equipment must be in original packaging, unopened and unused
- Must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
- Include your name, address, and account reference
- Use recorded delivery (recommended)
